To help us help you
Purchases and Gold
Include the email address you used for the purchase, the date, the pack you bought, and the receipt number from your Stripe receipt email if you have it. Please do not send card numbers. We never need them.
Your account and data
Write from the email address on your account. You can change your email or delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app. If you cannot sign in, email help@palmystique.com. For a copy of your data or other privacy requests, email info@palmystique.com. We will verify the request before acting on it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Problems with the app
Tell us your device and browser, what you were doing and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps a lot.
Readings
Readings are generated for entertainment and can be imperfect. If a reading or a Chiromancer reply was confusing, inappropriate or wrong about your drawing, tell us at feedback@palmystique.com so we can improve it.
